Tourer Techs Caravan Services has been a member of the NCC since 2018, it has enabled us to gain customer confidence as the logo is well established within the industry. Helping create a sense of trust, even before clients come to us. It also means that as a service centre we can be recognised and rewarded as an accredited business. The NCC supports the Approved Workshop Scheme to which we are also a part of; in February this year we received the 2023 Workshop of the Year Award. NCC Membership also means that we receive up-to date information regarding recalls, new innovations and news from all aspects of the leisure vehicle sector.

Being an NCC member has been very valuable to Truma. We have had access to industry statistics and technical committees which have helped us to understand in great detail what is happening in our industry and to help us to prepare for future challenges. Grassroutes Leisure are always seeking the latest information on products, manufacturing and converting so joined the NCC to keep up to date on all the industry news and safety regulations. As we manufacture and sell quality products, it’s was great to obtain NCC verification as it gives our customers assurance that the quality is constant with latest regulations.
