NCC Training Academy announces impressive figures for 2024

The NCC Training Academy, one of the UK’s premier training providers for the caravan, motorhome, holiday caravan and residential park home industries, is proud to announce its impressive achievements for 2024. The Academy has continued to set the standard for industry training, ensuring professionals across the sector are equipped with the highest levels of skill and knowledge.

2024 in figures:

• The Academy successfully trained more than 1,300 people, enhancing their skills and contributing to the overall professionalism of the industry.
• A total of 30 new companies joined the Academy's training programmes, demonstrating the growing recognition of the value of high-quality training.
• The Academy conducted more than 150 face-to-face courses and assessments, providing hands-on, practical training to participants.

The NCC Training Academy offers a comprehensive range of courses designed to meet the needs of all sectors within the National Caravan Council (NCC). With 30 different classroom-based courses and 13 online courses, the Academy covers areas such as gas and electrical installation and maintenance, caravan siting, leadership and management, and training on chassis and appliances. Courses are held at various locations across the UK, making them accessible to a wide audience and appealing to both established employees and those just starting out in the industry.

Upcoming training opportunities

The Academy continues to expand its offerings with new and updated courses. Some of the upcoming training sessions include:

Service and Repair Training: Hands-on or online programmes focusing on the maintenance and repair of leisure vehicles.

Holiday Park Management: A comprehensive programme covering all aspects of managing a holiday park, from leadership to contract compliance and customer care

Health and Safety Compliance: An essential course for businesses to ensure they meet all relevant health and safety regulations and deliver safe and compliant services.
