The NCC (National Caravan Council) is the trade association representing the UK caravan industry. It was founded in 1939 and has since become the leading organisation representing a membership that spans the entire supply chain including Holiday and Residential Parks, Manufacturers, Dealerships, Service Providers & Suppliers providing access to an extensive range of services and resources designed to help businesses succeed in the industry.
These include technical and regulatory support, access to industry research and data, and networking opportunities around the entire industry.
For more than 80 years, we have evolved alongside the industry which has grown and continues to grow.
The industry contributes several billion pounds per year to the UK economy and is a major UK employer.
"As a membership organisation, our aim is to be the most effective business partner for each and every single one of our members."
"The NCC to be ‘the recognised and respected authoritative trade body for the UK caravan industry, providing leadership through a centre of expertise offering support, products, and services to members for the successful evolution of their businesses."
The NCC represents a wide range of businesses across the caravan and parks industry.
Our 850 member outlets represent the entire supply chain and can be divided into five sectors: manufacturers, dealers, distributors, suppliers, and services and parks.
This enables us to work with our members to ensure that the industry delivers high-quality products and services, and treats customers fairly.
The NCC is governed by a Board of Directors and is managed by a Directorate based in Aldershot, Hampshire.
We listen to consumers through close contact with organisations such as The Caravan & Motorhome Club, the Camping and Caravanning Club, the National Association of Caravan Owners, and park home residents’ associations, who between them represent the interests of end users. Their feedback is essential in developing our work programmes.
