NCC Energy Efficiency schemes
The NCC has two schemes which help consumers gauge the energy efficiency of a caravan holiday home or a residential park home built by an NCC member manufacturer.
A rating label is attached to the home and is a visible indicator of the degree of efficiency achieved by a particular model.
The NCC Structural Thermal Rating Scheme is designed to give purchasers of a Caravan Holiday Home built to BS EN 1647 an indication of the likely thermal efficiency of the home they are considering to purchase.

The NCC Energy Rating Scheme is designed to give purchasers of a Residential Park Home built to BS 3632 an indication of the likely energy consumption and Carbon Dioxide (CO2)emissions of the home they are considering to purchase.
